My Why

Hello! My name is Jame. I always knew that I would be a counselor. Growing up, I was always the go-to person for advice or mediation. My friends knew that I would listen and not judge anyone or take sides. In my adulthood, my children would bring their friends to me when they were in trouble, not getting along, or dealing with heartache. I enjoy helping others. Counseling is something that I’m passionate about. So many people are dealing with life struggles and they just need a listening ear, support, and guidance to get on the right path. Too often we are made to keep our feelings inside or made to feel ridiculous for needing an extra hand to get through hard times. There is nothing wrong with asking for help.
